VRT is op zoek naar een partner die analysesoftware voor de CIM kijk- en luistercijfers kan ter beschikking stellen. Deze opdracht zal worden opgesplitst in 2 percelen: Perceel 1: Dit perceel gaat over het beschikbaar stellen van een door het CIM gecertificeerde softwaretool voor exploitatie van de officiële CIM TV studie. Perceel 2: Dit gaat over het beschikbaar stellen van een door het CIM gecertificeerde softwaretool voor exploitatie van de officiële CIM Radio studie.
