Predmet ovog Ugovora je opremanje novog dječjeg vrtića, a sve prema detaljnom opisu u troškovniku i projektu opremanja koji su sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije za nadmetanje. Izvršitelj je obvezan izvršiti nabavu i montažu opreme i namještaja do pune funkcionalnosti, a sve u skladu s dokumentacijom, važećim zakonima, propisima i normama, pravilima struke i zanata, te prema uputama proizvođača.
