Kohteena ovat vuonna 2004–2008 valmistuneet Turun Ylioppilaskyläsäätiön (TYS) omistamat kiinteistöt osoitteissa Pispalantie 17 C-D, Pispalantie 18 A-C, Pispalantie 19 A-B, Pispalantie 20 A-B ja Kairistenkaari 3 A-B, 20540 Turku. Hanke sisältää em. rakennusten kaikkien ovien lukituksen uusimisen sisältäen osat sekä asennuksen tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Urakoitsijan tulee huomioida aikataulua laatiessaan, että asunnoissa asutaan koko työn ajan. Hanke kilpailutetaan kokonaisurakkana.
