Het doel van deze procedure is om op een transparante wijze te komen tot een Raamovereenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer (Leasemaatschappij) en het optimaliseren van de dienstverlening op het gebied van Leaseauto’s conform de eisen en wensen van de provincie Drenthe. Onder de Raamovereenkomst worden Leaseovereenkomsten afgesloten per te leasen Voertuig.
