Description
De aanbestedende overheid wenst personeelsleden van ’GO!SGR Gent' door middel van loonruil de mogelijkheid bieden om een fiets te leasen die ingezet wordt voor woon-werkverkeer. Om deze loonruil te faciliteren, wil de aanbestedende overheid een partner vinden waarmee leaseovereenkomsten kunnen afgesloten worden. De leaseovereenkomsten worden afgesloten tegen de voorwaarden uit dit bestek en het fietsbeleid.
