Description
The municipality currently has an existing technical infrastructure and a system for localisation technology from Sensio AS, which over time has been tested and adapted for use in the service. In order to ensure predictable operation for institutions with already established Sensio systems, there is a need to move the underlying software platform into a cloud system. The municipality intends to enter into a contract with Sensio for the operation of Sensio Unity in cloud, as well as further operation of all the existing Sensio installations in the municipality. Fredrikstad municipality deems the transition to a cloud system as an exception to the rules in LOA/FOA. This is pursuant to the Public Procurement Regulations §13-4, letter b, points 2 and 3
