Description

The Stavanger region Havnedrift AS (in the following named "Stavangerregionen Havnedrift" or "Contracting Authority") invites tenderers to submit tenders for the provision of services for the operation of parking lots. The assignment is for parking places in Stavanger and Risavika as well as options for some parking places in the centre of Stavanger.

Award criteria

• Quality — Quality of offered performance - weight 20% o The tenderer ́s offered operational system, service and maintenance apparatus, duty scheme, manpower times, service centre/customer centre, response…
• Price — The offered percentage hire of total net income, assessed by stipulated turnover figures, cf. the basis.
