Description
L'établissement aura une capacité de 80 places (52 places en Unité d'Hébergement Polyvalent et 28 places en Unité Protégée Alzheimer) et accueillera notamment des locaux administratifs, des parties communes, des locaux de soins pour une surface prévisionnelle de 3 404 m2 (SU) et une SDO de 4 486m². La future construction présente deux niveaux : - Le RDC, sur vide sanitaire dont l'altimétrie sera conforme à la règlementation PPRI, laissera des accès aménagés sur les extérieurs. Il sera occupé par : - L'Unité Protégée Alzheimer (UPA), soit 2 unités de 14 places (28 places au total); - Les jardins clos attenants (patios); - La salle à manger et salon d'animation ; - Les services techniques et logistiques (blanchisserie, cuisine, stockage etc.); - L'administration, l'accueil et l'animation. - Le premier étage est consacré à l'espace nuit de l'hébergement permanent. Il sera occupé par : - L'Unité d'Hébergement Polyvalent (UHP), soit 4 secteurs de 13 places (52 lits au total). - L'infirmerie et autres locaux annexes
