Description
- Entwicklung eines quelloffenen SRAM-Compilers - Single und Dual Port Compiler, da Single Port ca. 40% kleiner ist als Dual Port - Bitgröße von 64 Bytes auf 32KB. - Getestet in OpenROAD und Coriolis und damit alle notwendigen Ansichten zur Verfügung gestellt, um dies tun zu können. - Entwicklung einer für Strahlungshärte optimierten SRAM-Variante - Verwendung der bestehenden PDK-Abstraktion (z.B. PDKMaster) gemeinsam mit der Erzeugung von Standardzellen und IO-Bibliotheken. - Entwicklung von generischem Code zur Maximierung der zukünftigen Wiederverwendbarkeit, z.B. für andere Speichertypen wie async SRAM, RRAM, Flash, etc. - Nachvollziehbare Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen
