The subject of this Pre-Qualification is the design/engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, supply, delivery, unloading, installation, on-site testing, commissioning and after sales servicing of Small & Medium Power Transformers, including all necessary/related accessories and or services for Belgian (Elia) Onshore substations. The Pre-Qualification is obtained by range of Materials and by factory.
