De gemeente Rotterdam nodigt je uit om mee te doen aan de Open House procedure: Flex scan. Een ‘Open House’ is een procedure voor de inkoop van voorzieningen[KN(1] [KA(2] . Op basis van een bekendmaking worden de organisaties toegelaten die aan de gestelde eisen voldoet. Elke organisatie die voldoet aan de door de gemeente gestelde minimumeisen en zich bereid verklaart zich aan de vooraf bekendgemaakte voorwaarden te houden, mag deelnemen.
