Description
Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattverträge gemäß §§ 130a Abs. 8/130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu Arzneimitteln mit Wirkstoff Eltrombopag (B02BX05), ohne die Anwendung bei schwerer aplastischer Anämie (SAA), es sei denn, der pharmazeutische Unternehmer genießt hierfür Patentschutz oder eine anderweitige Legitimation, innerhalb des Zeitraumes vom 01.10.2025 bis zum 30.09.2027 mit jederzeitiger Möglichkeit des Vertragsabschlusses (open-house-Modell). Im Open House Verfahren sind Arzneimittel entsprechend der BfArM-Liste nach § 35 Abs. 5a SGB V (Kinderarzneimittel) ausgeschlossen.
