Huidige opdracht van werken omvat de realisatie van een NIEUWBOUW voor de GEMEENTELIJKJE BASISSCHOOL 'T POPULIERTJE te Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, incl de SLOOP van de BESTAANDE CONSTRUCTIES en aanhorigheden. De bouwwerkzaamheden omvatten: . de ruwbouw, de volledige afwerking, de technieken, het vast meubilair/de eerste uitrusting, de omgevingsaanleg met aanhorige constructies enz., alsook de sloop van de bestaande gebouwen, terreinconstructies en omgevingsaanleg (na voorafgaandelijke asbestverwijdering) conform de opdrachtdocumenten; . inclusief alle bijhorende leveringen en werken overeenkomstig de technische bepalingen en losse bijlagen bij de opdrachtdocumenten voor huidige opdracht van werken gevoegd.
