Description
Deze opdracht omvat de volgende audit- en advies diensten: - Luik 1: het commissarismandaat voor de vzw VVOB, voor de periode 2026 – 2028, alsook de uitvoering van welke dienst ook voorbehouden aan de commissaris, krachtens de wet (Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen, enz.) of de statuten, zoals het opstellen van rapporten. - Luik 2: audit van de specifieke projecten die in het buitenland worden uitgevoerd, voor de periode 2026-2028, gefinancierd door de Algemene Directie van de Coöperatie voor Ontwikkeling en Humanitaire Hulp, binnen de meerjarenprogramma’s, hierna ‘DGD-programma audits’ genoemd (Cambodia, Ecuador, Kenia, Oeganda, Rwanda, Vietnam, Zambia, Zuid-Afrika,…). - Luik 3: o indien toepasselijk, audits van specifieke gesponsorde projecten, voor de periode 2026-2028, uitgevoerd in het buitenland (VVOB is op heden actief in Cambodia, Ecuador, Kenia, Oeganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Tanzania, Ghana, Malawi en Zuid-Afrika) en hierna ‘audit-diensten voor projecten andere donoren’ genaamd; o indien toepasselijk, opstellen van jaarlijkse financiële staten op landenniveau, voor de periode 2026-2028, voor de landenkantoren (Cambodia, Ecuador, Kenia, Oeganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Ta…
