De voorliggende opgaaf ligt in Veenendaal-oost aan de westrand van Groenpoort in het buurtschap Het Veense Hout. Gelegen direct naast de reeds ontwikkelde en gerealiseerde centrale voorzieningen en faciliteiten voor Veenendaal-oost.
