De ontwikkeling van blok P2 is onderdeel van de herontwikkeling van de Tweebosbuurt, welke onderdeel is van het Stedenbouwkundig Plan Parkstad. Blok P2 ligt ingesloten tussen de Putselaan, Tweebosstraat, De La Reystraat en een nieuw aan te leggen straat genaamd de Emily Hobhousestraat.
