Description
Vaccinopolis, de aanbestedende dienst, is een klinische onderzoekssite die ambulante studies en humane provocatiestudies of Controlled Human Infection Model (CHIM) studies uitvoert. Om een kwaliteitsvolle werking van de onderzoekssite te garanderen wil Vaccinopolis een raamovereenkomst opstellen voor het ontwikkelen en produceren van challenge agents in het kader van de (CHIM)-studies uitgevoerd binnen Vaccinopolis. De aanbestedende dienst is op zoek naar een gekwalificeerde partij die in staat is om challenge agents te ontwikkelen en te produceren volgens de geldende Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-richtlijnen. Deze challenge agents zullen worden gebruikt in (CHIM)-studies, waarbij gezonde vrijwilligers op gecontroleerde wijze worden geïnfecteerd met een pathogeen om de werkzaamheid van vaccins of behandelingen te evalueren.
