Description

Het ontwerpen van een grondgebonden, duurzaam gebouw met functie ‘kantoor’, adviseren over de sloop van het bestaande kantoorgebouw en het (her)ontwerpen van het terrein voor parkeren, stallingruimte voor (motor)rijtuigen en groen. De duurzaamheid binnen deze opgave richt zich op een Energieneutraal gebouw (ENG), circulariteit en klimaatadaptatie door het terrein maximaal te ontstenen, te zorgen voor voldoende koele plekken, groen en infiltratie- en bergingsruimte voor regenwater. 1
