De gemeente Edam-Volendam start met de selectie van een ontwerpteam voor het nieuwe gemeentehuis gelegen in het Oranjekwartier in Volendam. De aanbesteding bestaat uit drie percelen, zijnde: • Perceel 1: Architectuur + interieur + ontwerpintegratie • Perceel 2: Constructie • Perceel 3: Installaties + bouwfysica + brandveiligheid + duurzaamheid Het betreft niet alleen het ontwerp van het gemeentehuis, maar ook de functionele uitwerking en het gevelontwerp van naastgelegen parkeergarage met commerciële plint.
