De gemeente Edam-Volendam wil in september 2026 starten met de selectie van een ontwerpteam voor het nieuwe gemeentehuis gelegen in het Oranjekwartier in Volendam. Deze vooraankondiging is bedoeld om deze opgave bij geïnteresseerde partijen onder de aandacht te brengen. De aanbesteding zal bestaan uit drie percelen, zijnde: • Perceel 1: Architectuur + interieur + ontwerpintegratie • Perceel 2: Constructie • Perceel 3: Installaties + bouwfysica + brandveiligheid + duurzaamheid Het betreft niet alleen het ontwerp van het gemeentehuis, maar ook de functionele uitwerking en het gevelontwerp van naastgelegen parkeergarage met commerciële plint.
