Description
De Opdracht gaat over nieuwbouw van een beschermd wonen-voorziening op Overwolde 46-50. De woningen zijn bestemd voor volwassenen die instromen vanuit de maatschappelijke opvang of een ambulante of klinische behandelsetting. Bewoners vinden hier permanente eigen huisvesting. De woonbegeleiding van de toekomstige huurder van het gebouw helpt de toekomstige bewoners bij het wonen, dagbesteding, activiteiten, sociale contacten en geldzaken. Er is 24-uur per dag, zeven dagen per week begeleiding aanwezig.
