Description
Stichting Vrijescholen Ithaka (hierna: Ithaka) heeft voor een aantal van haar locaties zicht op de realisatie van een nieuwbouwproject of een ingrijpende renovatie en verduurzaming. De scholen van Ithaka zijn in de gemeenten waarin Ithaka actief is in de IHP plannen opgenomen voor de komende uitvoeringsronde. Dit betekent dat binnen nu en ongeveer 4 jaar er minstens 5 projecten tot uitvoering moeten worden gebracht. Beoogd is om een efficiëntieslag te maken met deze samenloop van verschillende projecten. Ten behoeve van de ontwerp- en advieswerkzaamheden is de Aanbestedende Dienst voornemens één Inschrijver te selecteren en heeft hiertoe een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure uitgeschreven. Naar verwachting minstens 5 projecten. De maximale waarde voor het totaal honorarium is opgenomen in de leidraad.
