Description
Binnen Tilburg University is de inkoopbehoefte ontstaan om de ontwerpdiensten Architect ten behoeve van de renovatie van onderwijs-, kantoor- en onderzoeksgebouw Dante overeen te komen. De geraamde omvang van deze aanbesteding is op dit moment niet in te schatten, wel is de verwachting dat de waarde voor de Opdracht hoger is dan de drempelwaarde voor diensten van €221.000,- waarboven Europees aanbesteed dient te worden. Omdat de waarde nog niet is in te schatten, is in het aankondigingsformulier de fictieve waarde '1 euro' ingevuld. De totale investeringskosten van het renovatieproject worden momenteel geraamd tussen de €12.000.000 en €18.000.000 inclusief BTW. Dit is slechts een indicatie, hieraan kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
