Description
Ontwerp, productie, opbouw en afbouw scenografie en beleving van de tentoonstelling “In Your Wildest Dreams. Ensor Beyond Impressionism.”. Aansluitend aan de informatievergadering zal het plaatsbezoek doorgaan. Het bijwonen van de informatievergadering en deelnemen aan het plaatsbezoek is verplicht om de aard en de omvang van het project te begrijpen. Het attest van plaatsbezoek is toegevoegd als bijlage 1 aan dit bestek. Door de indiening van zijn offerte bevestigt de inschrijver over alle nuttige informatie van de situatie ter plaatse te beschikken. 5 De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het volledige ontwikkelingsproces van de scenografie en beleving op zaal van de tentoonstelling: Het gaat om: 1. conceptontwikkeling + studie + ontwerp 2. productie/ontwikkeling + controle op de productie/ontwikkeling 3. opbouw en installatie 4. opvolging tijdens looptijd tentoonstelling 5. afbouw (inclusief eventuele afvoer materiaal)
