Description
Het voorwerp van de opdracht betreft het ontwerp (Design) en de bouw (Build) van de sportcluster, bestaande uit een omnisportzaal, basketbalzaal, gymzaal, judo/acrogymzaal en een cafetaria, inclusief het onderhoud van bepaalde technische installaties (maintain) gedurende een termijn van tien (10) jaar. We ramen de globale te bouwen vloeroppervlakte voor de sportcluster op ongeveer 5000m² bruto. Daarnaast zal de opdracht bestaan uit de realisatie van de toegangsweg tot de sportcluster, de omgevingsaanleg en het voorzien van parkeerplaatsen en fietsenstalling onder het gebouw.
