Description
De gemeente Almere wil een overeenkomst sluiten met één marktpartij (al dan niet in combinatie) die het Olympuspark perceel (nader geduid in gepubliceerde bestanden) voorziet van een vrijgave van explosieven verklaring die door bevoegd gezag is goedgekeurd. De marktpartij verzorgt hiervoor de detectie, eventuele benadering en veiligstelling in een VTVS van Ontplofbare Oorlogsresten omdat het betreffende gebied als “(hoog) verdacht” is aangemerkt. 1
