Belangrijkste functionele uitgangspunten zijn hieronder weer gegeven: • Potentiële kandidaten gedurende de gehele funnel van awareness tot sollicitatie online blijven volgen. • Beheer van de Stedin content voor recruitment op één plek in een overzichtelijke bibliotheek • Lead generatie, pop ups in sociale media platformen om in contract te komen met potentiële kandidaten. • Het systeem moet in staat zijn advertentiecampagnes te plaatsen op verschillende social media kanalen. • A/B testing voor de betreffende doelgroep. • Centrale omgeving waar alle leads binnenkomen (zowel campagne als website) en kunnen communiceren met deze leads. • Flexibel opstellen van standaard rapportages die een goed beeld van de effectiviteit van de campagne. • Job marketing.
