Description
Ter voorbereiding op de voorgenomen aanbestedingsprocedure voor de levering van IBFD-licenties (International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation) nodigt het Inkoopuitvoeringscentrum Belastingdienst (IUC Belastingdienst) marktpartijen uit om deel te nemen aan deze marktconsultatie. De Belastingdienst heeft voor de uitvoering van haar wettelijke taken op het gebied van internationale fiscaliteit en compliance behoefte aan digitale informatiebronnen en databanken die toegang bieden tot internationaal belastingrecht, (model)belastingverdragen, jurisprudentie en commentaren van experts op het gebied van internationaal belastingrecht. Deze informatie wordt thans betrokken via IBFD-licenties. Licenties voor meerdere gebruikers, maximaal 50, binnen de Belastingdienst, met wisselende mate van toegangsrechten
