NS Groep N.V., (verder: NS of wij) zoekt via een Europese aanbesteding een leverancier voor online media advies en werkzaamheden media-executie ten behoeve van recruitment marketing. Deel 3 van de Aw 2012 is van toepassing. Wij hebben gekozen voor de Niet-openbare procedure. Dit betekent dat de aanbestedingsprocedure twee fasen heeft. Deze Selectiefase ziet toe op de eerste fase. De maximum waarde van de opdracht is € 1.875.000,- excl. BTW, exclusief indexeringen.
