Wij willen met één leverancier een overeenkomst afsluiten voor een geavanceerd online leerplatform dat dient als zowel een learining Experience Platform (LXP) als een learning Management Systeem (LMS) beschikbaar als een Software as a Service (SaaS). Dit platform moet adaptieve, collaboratieve en blended leermogelijkheden ondersteunen en de samenwerking tussen verschillende gemeenten bevorderen.
