De opdracht betreft het as-is overnemen, onderhouden, beheren en doorontwikkelen van het Online dienstverleningsplatform en de migratie van de Mijn Vilans Protocollen naar eenzelfde architectuur als het Online dienstverleningsplatform, om deze vervolgens door te ontwikkelen, te onderhouden en te beheren. Bij de (door)ontwikkeling vormen onder meer de koers-, de productvisie- (Bijlage 10) en de merkenstrategie van Vilans de uitgangspunten.
