Description
Deze aanbesteding betreft een raamovereenkomst voor jaarlijks onderzoek naar de naleving van de Nederlandse Corporate Governance Code. De Code reguleert de verhoudingen tussen het bestuur, de raad van commissarissen en de (algemene vergadering van) aandeelhouders. De Code bevat breed gedragen principes en best practice bepalingen voor goed ondernemingsbestuur van in Nederland gevestigde Beursgenoteerde vennootschappen. Het doel van de Code is het met (of in relatie tot) wet- en regelgeving bewerkstelligen van een deugdelijk en transparant stelsel van checks and balances binnen in Nederland gevestigde Beursgenoteerde vennootschappen. Aanbestedende dienst is voornemens over te gaan tot het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met een looptijd van twee (2) jaar met tweemaal jaarlijks een stilzwijgende verlenging voor elk van maximaal een (1) jaar. Aanbestedende dienst gaat uit van een geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde (inclusief optiejaren) van € 1.000.000, - euro exclusief btw.
