Description
Europese aanbesteding volgens de openbare procedure voor de levering, inrichting, implementatie en het beheer van een onderwijscatalogus in de vorm van een SaaS-oplossing ten behoeve van VISTA college VISTA college wenst één (1) overeenkomst en een verwerkersovereenkomst aan te gaan met één (1) opdrachtnemer. De beoogde ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 januari 2026 en heeft een initiële looptijd van drie (3) jaar, met vijfmaal de optie om te verlengen (3+2+2+2+1). De overeenkomst eindigt van rechtswege uiterlijk 31 december 2035. De geraamde waarde is geschat op € 734.800,- exclusief btw voor de gehele looptijd van tien (10) jaar. VISTA college behoudt zich het recht voor om de overeenkomst niet te gunnen wanneer naar oordeel van VISTA college de inschrijving(en) de geraamde waarde significant overschrijden.
