Opdrachtnemer implementeert, integreert, beheert en onderhoudt de software en benodigde hardware waarmee tenminste de volgende bedrijfsfuncties ondersteund worden: publieke werkplekken (pc’s), flatbedscanners /bookscanners, instructiefaciliteiten, kassa/betaalsysteem, toegangscontrole, betaalfaciliteiten MFC.
