Description
Europees beleid, Europese regelgeving en Europese financiering zijn van belang voor het realiseren van provinciale opgaven op het gebied van bijvoorbeeld economie, ecologie, energietransitie en bereikbaarheid. Om beter in te kunnen spelen op de kansen die Europa biedt voor Provincie Overijssel, is op projectbasis kennis nodig op het gebied van Europese fondsen, het schrijven van subsidieaanvragen en het managen en verantwoorden van Europese projecten. Omdat Provincie Overijssel binnen het Expertisecentrum Europa hiervoor niet beschikt over voldoende capaciteit en specialistische expertise, is gekozen voor een aanbesteding t.b.v. deze dienstverlening.
