In de zwembaden van de gemeente Leiden zit een zoutelektrolyse systeem van VDH. Deze firma is zelf producent en de enige in Nederland wat betreft de opencel technologie. De installaties zijn voor elke locatie maatwerk en gezien de nichemarkt en onlosmakende afhankelijkheid van VDH willen we het aan deze partij gunnen 135.000 euro
