De aan te besteden opdracht bestaat uit het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de werktuigbouwkundige installaties van: het stadhuis, de bibliotheek en de topsporthal en de Kunstlinie. En aan de sprinkler- en brandmeldinstallaties van de bibliotheek, de topsporthal en de Kunstlinie. De opdracht wordt aanbesteed in de vorm van een Prestatiecontract. aan de werktuigbouwkundige installaties van: - het stadhuis (circa 46.700 m² bvo); - de bibliotheek (circa 14.900 m² bvo); - de topsporthal (circa 13.100 m² bvo); - Kunstlinie (circa 19.200 m2 bvo). en aan de sprinkler- en brandmeldinstallaties van: - de bibliotheek (circa 14.900 m² bvo); - de topsporthal (circa 13.100 m² bvo); - Kunstlinie (circa 19.200 m2 bvo).
