LET OP: Opgave voor de schouw uiterlijk maandag 08 januari 2024 16:00 uur. Beschrijving: Op de bestaande onderwijslocaties in Veendam bevinden zich diverse technische gebouw gebonden installaties. De opdracht omvat zowel het preventief als correctief onderhoud aan de werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Binnen de opdracht valt: Preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan W-installaties Uitvoering wettelijke controles en inspecties Correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden (of storingsonderhoud) aan W-installaties Correctief onderhoud aan ventilatorconvectoren Scope 7a inspectie brandstoftoevoerleiding De gedetailleerde inhoud van de werkzaamheden is nader toegelicht in Bijlage E Programma van Eisen en Bijlage G Activiteitenlijst.
