Description
De aanbestedende dienst is gemeente Almere. Het beheer en onderhoud van het gemeentelijk Vastgoed is ondergebracht bij de afdeling Stadsbedrijf. De objectportefeuille bestaat uit circa 300 objecten. Dit betreft kantoren, bibliotheken, scholen, gymzaal, bedrijfsgebouwen etc. De omvang voor deze aanbesteding bevat circa 130 transportinstallaties. Onderhavige aanbesteding richt zich op de totstandkoming van een overheidsopdracht. De initiële looptijd van de overeenkomst inclusief verlengopties, is in totaal negen [9] jaar. De vaste looptijd is drie [3] jaar en kent in totaal twee [2] optionele verlengingen, met elke verlenging telkens met drie [3] jaar.
