De Gemeente Zwolle is voornemens om in 2026 het leveren, vervangen en onderhouden van parkeer(beheer)apparatuur aan te besteden. Om de continuïteit van het parkeerbeheer te waarborgen tot het moment waarop de nieuwe overeenkomst van kracht wordt, heeft de gemeente Zwolle het voornemen om de bestaande apparatuur te laten onderhouden door de huidige leverancier WPS Parkeer Systems B.V. (hierna, WPS) voor de overbruggingsperiode van oktober 2025 tot en met december 2026. 1
