De gemeenten Bloemendaal en Heemstede zijn voornemens om een raamovereenkomst van 4 jaar voor het onderhoud van de openbare verlichting aan te besteden via een Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure Gemeente Bloemendaal en Heemstede hebben de wens om voor de opdracht een aparte overeenkomst af te sluiten met één leverancier. Hiermee worden de onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor de openbare verlichting voor de komende vier jaar vastgelegd in een raamovereenkomst. Dit zorgt voor structurele borging van de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de openbare verlichting binnen beide gemeenten.
