Description
Het Amsterdam UMC zoekt één Opdrachtnemer die is gespecialiseerd in (beheer en) onderhoud aan ventilatie installaties. Het aantal luchtbehandelingskasten op de locaties van het Amsterdam UMC (twee locaties) omvat richting de 1.000 installaties en optioneel bijbehorende veldapparatuur. Deze aanbesteding betreft: 1. Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan alle luchtbehandelingsinstallaties inclusief veldapparatuur. 2. Het leveren incl. de logistieke aan- en afvoerstromen van de luchtfilters en eventuele andere verbruiksmaterialen t.b.v. vervanging tijdens het preventief onderhoud aan de ventilatie-installaties. 3. Planmatig onderhoud. Dit zal onder regie van het Amsterdam UMC (MJOP) worden aangevraagd en voornamelijk bestaan uit revisie en verduurzaming van luchtbehandelingsinstallaties. Het aantal luchtbehandelingskasten op de locaties van het Amsterdam UMC (twee locaties) omvat richting de 1.000 installaties (LBK's) en optioneel bijbehorende veldapparatuur.
