Avans beoogt met de aanbesteding een onderhoudsbedrijf te contracteren wat in staat is om merkonafhankelijk het gehele onderhoud en de daarbij horende dienstverlening conform de gestelde voorwaarden uit te voeren ten behoeve voor de liften welke door Avans worden beheerd.
