Description
Om binnenkomende en uitgaande post te verwerken heeft de Belastingdienst postkamerapparatuur nodig. Deze apparatuur bestaat onder andere uit enveloppenopeners, enveloppensluiters en couverteermachines. Met deze aanbesteding wil de Belastingdienst een partij selecteren die deze apparatuur preventief en correctief kan onderhouden maar ook kan voorzien in nieuwe apparatuur op basis van koop of huur. De waarde van de opdracht wordt geraamd op circa € 79.500,- per jaar (exclusief btw). Dit bevat preventief onderhoud, correctief onderhoud, huur, koop en opslag. Door de verwachte afname van het aantal te versturen en te ontvangen poststukken en een reorganisatie van de locaties, ligt een stijging van de waarde in dit contract niet in de lijn der verwachting. Het maximumbudget voor deze aanbesteding is € 372.688,43 (exclusief btw) over vier jaar (dit is incl. 2 optiejaren). De Raamovereenkomst kan door Opdrachtgever per direct opgezegd worden indien dit maximumbudget is bereikt of deze door een eerstvolgende opdrachtverstrekking kan worden overschreden, zonder dat daardoor enig recht op schadevergoeding ontstaat.
