Preventief en correctief inclusief storingsonderhoud van elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Het betreft vier gebouwen van het Waterschap Limburg. De waarde van de opdracht gedurende de looptijd (inclusief verlengingen) is geraamd tussen de € 900.000- en € 1.200.000,- exclusief BTW. Teneinde generlei discussies te krijgen over het al dan niet verplicht initiëren van nieuwe aanbestedingen, kan er theoretisch tot maximaal 3 miljoen euro - exclusief BTW door Waterschap Limburg worden afgenomen.
