Description
Europese School Den Haag is binnen deze aanbesteding op zoek naar één of twee Opdrachtnemers die het preventieve en correctieve onderhoud kunnen uitvoeren van de E&W-installaties van Europese School Den Haag. Europese School Den Haag wenst daarbij een Overeenkomst aan te gaan op basis van handelingsverplichting. Hiermee bedoelt Europese School Den Haag dat zij verwacht dat alle reguliere (binnen de branche bekende) onderhoudswerkzaamheden en periodieke inspecties, door Opdrachtnemer worden uitgevoerd. Door Europese School Den Haag wordt niet aangestuurd op onderhoud conform een conditienormering als de NEN 2767. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de Opdrachtnemer om alle installaties te onderhouden op basis van de van toepassing zijnde wet-/regelgeving en normeringen. Inschrijver dient de Opdracht uit te voeren conform het Programma van Eisen (Bijlage 1). Zie aanbestedingsdocumenten
