ZAAM wenst voor haar arbodiensten één nieuwe raamovereenkomst aan te gaan door middel van een Onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande oproep tot mededinging naar aanleiding van de Europese aanbesteding met referentienummer zaamARBO26. Hierbij is de ‘inschrijving met de Beste-PKV het uitgangspunt. Een inschrijving (offerte) die betrekking heeft op onderdelen van de gevraagde opdracht wordt niet in behandeling genomen.
