Arbetet består huvudsakligen av : Byte av fönster och fönsterdörrar, Putsning av fasad, nytt tak med ny takavvattning, Nya balkonger, rivningsarbete av befintligt fasadmaterial, tak och balkonger. Entreprenaden kommer att upphandlas som generalentreprenad och utföras som en totalentreprenad.
