Olkiluodon varavoimalaitoksen palvelusopimus sisältää kaikki tarpeelliset käyttö- ja kunnossapitotehtävät, 24/7 valvonnan sekä TVO:n hallinnassa olevaan alueeseen liittyvät palvelut. Palvelut hankitaan suorahankintana TVO:n tytäryhtiöltä TVO Nuclear Service Oy (TVONS). Hankinta ei sisällä erikoiskunnossapidon palveluita, jotka Fingrid hankkii erikseen.
