Na podstawie art. 23 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 r. o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym (Dz. U. 2025, poz. 285 z późn. zm.) Urząd Gminy w Rogowie ogłasza zamiar przeprowadzenia postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia na świadczenie usług w zakresie publicznego transportu zbiorowego w trybie o którym mowa w art. 19 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z dnia 16 grudnia 2010 roku o publicznym transporcie zbiorowym w związku z art. 214 ust.1 pkt 13 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 793)
